Your whole rental operation, in one place
Brega is the console where the request comes in, the booking gets confirmed, the car or the property gets handed over and the money gets collected. The public catalog in your own name is one of its modules, and it comes out of what you already have in there.
Companies that trust us
Everything that happens to a rental, on one screen
The request comes in, the booking gets confirmed, it gets handed over, the money gets collected and it comes back, whether it is a car or an apartment. Without switching programs and without writing the same thing down twice.
See the plansFrom the request to the invoice without leaving one screen
These are the four moments of the day where your time goes today, and what happens at each one when the operation lives inside Brega. They are the same whether you rent cars or properties, and all four come included from day one.
- 1
The request comes in
It arrives from your catalog with a name, a phone number and the dates, and it sits in an inbox until somebody picks it up. No more orders getting lost in a WhatsApp group.

- 2
It gets handed over
The handover closes with photos of how it left and the customer signature. The day it comes back with damage, the earlier photo already exists and there is nothing to argue about.
Handovers
- 3
The money comes in
The deposit, the transfer receipt and the card payment, each one attached to its booking. At any moment you know what is still owed without opening a notebook.

It comes back and gets closed
The return brings the damage and whatever was left hanging, and for a car, the fuel. And the traffic fine that turns up three weeks later attaches to the contract it belongs to, not to the car.

And underneath the day, the rest
Included too: what you rent with its paperwork (and its shop visits, if it is cars), the customers with their history, what gets sold on top of the rental, the discounts, and who gets in to what.
Vehicles · Maintenance · Customers · Campaigns · Announcements · Destinations · Insurance · Extras · Team and permissions · Audit log
Card payments, end to end
IncludedIt connects to your own Stripe account: the customer pays from their booking link, the payment lands on the booking on its own, and the money reaches your bank. No separate gateway, no receipt to write down by hand.
The app in your brand
Add-onYour own app on the stores, with push notifications for your customers and the points programme.
GPS tracking for vehicles
Quoted separatelyWhere every car is right now and where it went during the rental, with an alert when one leaves the area it was meant to stay in. It depends on the hardware each car carries, so it is quoted separately.
What it costs
A fixed base plus usage, with a ceiling
Your units set the floor, the contracts set the variable part, and you never go past the monthly ceiling.

All three include the same thing
The whole console, the public catalog under your name, card payments through Stripe, your team with no user limit, and the updates. Charged separately: the app under your brand, and GPS tracking, quoted against the hardware your fleet carries.
More than 100 units?
We quote it separately, with a per contract price below the large tier.

Do we have to install anything?
Not the console: it runs in the browser, on the office computer and on a phone, with no server to keep alive. The apps do get installed, but your customers install them, not you, and they are optional: the web catalog works just the same without any of them.
Is the public catalog included?
Yes, and it is not a separate product: it is a module of the console. What gets published is the fleet and the prices you already have in there, so there is nothing to write again and nothing to keep in two places. What comes out is a link in your own name and logo, ready to share over WhatsApp.
Do my customers have to sign up?
No. The catalog opens from a link and a request goes in with a name, a phone number and the dates. The account is yours, because you are the one working in here.
Everything is already in a spreadsheet. Can it be brought over?
Yes, and it is the first thing we do. Your units, vehicles or properties, come in with their prices and their details; photos are uploaded separately, because they are almost always on somebody phone.
How much does it cost?
It is up there, in the plans: the monthly base, what each contract handed over costs and the ceiling it never goes past. What decides which one is yours is how many units you rent, so write to us with the number and we will tell you which tier you land in.
What is the monthly ceiling?
The most the month can cost you, base included. However many contracts you hand over, the bill never goes past it: once the sum would, the ceiling is what gets charged and nothing more. It is what keeps a good month from being an expensive one.
What counts as a contract handed over?
The car going out the door, or the guest coming in through the property door. Not the booking being created, because those get cancelled, and not the rental being closed, which happens weeks later and would land in another month. It counts on the day of the handover, and only once: if it has to be redone, it is not charged again.
Does the base include any contracts?
No. The base is the floor for the month, not a balance: you pay it even if you hand over nothing, and the first contract already adds on top. What caps things from above is the ceiling, not the base.
What happens if I go past the unit cap?
The unit that would go past the cap cannot be added, and everything already in stays and keeps being rented out: nothing that was working ever gets switched off. Write to us and we move you up a tier.
Does it work if I have five cars or three apartments?
Yes, and it is the first tier in the table: up to ten units. It is also where it shows the most, because with so few there is nobody to hand the notebook to.
Does it work if I rent properties, not cars?
Yes. The request, the booking, the payments, the invoices and the catalog are the same for a car as for an apartment; what changes is what belongs to each, and the workshop, the fuel and the traffic fines only show up if you rent vehicles. What your company rents is chosen when you sign up.
Can we try it before signing up?
Yes, and it is not a plan from the table above: it is a service. We set the console up with your fleet, your prices and your catalog, and you run your real operation on it to see whether it works for you. Write to us and we will have it ready; if it does not fit, there is no contract to cancel.
Shall we take a look?
Write to us and we will walk you through it, no strings: what it does, what it does not do yet and how what you rent would come in.
We will reply to the address you left, usually the same day.
